Nishchay 2 – Aarakshit Rozgar, Mahilaon ka Adhikar
35 % horizontal reservation is given to women in all the government services / cadres and in direct appointments of all types of posts.
This decision has been implemented in all government jobs in the state from February 2016.
Dashboard has been developed by General Administration Department for its monitoring.
Current Status
A total of 33,634 women have been appointed against 34,606 total recommended posts in various departments.
A total of 4,566 women have been recruited against 18,715 notified posts in police.
